Maxwell for leadership summit

The summit is being under the theme “The John Maxwell lead Zimbabwe summit”.
Kingdom Wealth Network president Mr Ned Nedziwe said that they were grateful to have Mr Maxwell as their guest.
“Many corporates are using John Maxwell leadership training materials and it is such a privilege to have the man in person.

“We have to take deliberate a deliberate approach to leadership and developing leaders. This does not happen by chance. We have to invest time and effort in developing the leaders we want or need.
“We believe that this summit is the best investment any leader can make in developing their leadership skill and capacity. Even more importantly companies should invest in developing their leaders,” he said.

He added that leadership principles are universal and apply to all and the summit will be a life changing encounter.
Mr Nedziwe also highlighted that organisations which do not develop their leaders inevitable struggle to survive or die.
Dr Maxwell says “Everything rises and falls on leadership”.

Mr Nedziwe said that the quality of leaders determines whether a company will thrive or struggle .
Dr John Maxwell, has written more than 60 books which have sold more than 17 million copies and his book the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership is a classic, teaching the most important principles of leadership and is the leadership manual in many companies and homes.
