Councillor Misheck Ziwacha of Ward 12 in Mbare, Harare, has died. He was 40. Clr Ziwacha died last Saturday after a short illness and was buried in Bikita yesterday. The city’s chief whip, Clr Peter Moyo said the councillors received news of the death of Clr Ziwacha with shock.
“Ziwacha was a quiet person, and he really enjoyed working with his colleagues.
“He was to attend his first Environmental Management Committee meeting yesterday, the day he was buried.”
He is survived by his wife Adoniah and two children.
