MC Hammer arrested

on Thursday last week.
Hammer, whose real name is Stanley Kirk Burrell, was taken in by police following an incident at a shopping centre in Dublin, he shared on Twitter.

The artiste was brought to Santa Rita Jail and later released after failing to co-operate with an officer.
After his release, Hammer took to Twitter, telling his side of the story and accusing authorities of racial profiling.

He wrote: “Chubby elvis looking dude was tapping on my car window, I rolled down the window and he said ‘Are you on parole or probation?’”

“While I was handing him my ID he reached in my car and tried to pull me out the car but forgot he was on a steady doughnut diet.”

He continued: “I will now answer his question, contrary to his personal beliefs, all people of colour are not on parole or probation fat boy!!!”

The Dublin Police Department have not yet released a statement over the performer’s arrest. — Digital Spy.
