Sundaymail EditorNewly-elected MDC-T secretary-general and Nyanga North legislator Mr Douglas Mwonzora was yesterday arrested on charges of fraud.
Although details were still sketchy last night, it is understood the case involves misappropriation of US$15 000 in trust funds.
National police spokesperson Senior Assistant Commissioner Charity Charamba said: “Yes, I can confirm the arrest of Mr Mwonzora. It is in connection with misappropriation of trust funds.”
