BULAWAYO is warming up to a new kid on the rap scene, Bonginkosi Nate Ncube, whose stage name is PrittyFamous.

The young rapper is eager to make his work known and accepted.

The Gwabalanda-bred musician has, in the past fortnight, dropped two tracks, Sabawela and Khuphuka, which are of good quality and carry life lessons.

For someone whose love for music started at a tender age, the youngster is eager to push boundaries and open closed doors.

PrittyFamous said he has a feeling music has a lot to shape his future and make him a great man as he takes lessons from artistes who are doing good.

“I have always had the feeling that music is the path for me,” said PrittyFamous.

“I believe in the saying that says “practice makes perfect” so when l started, l was not so perfect in writing music, yet l kept on writing till I got better comments from the people who inspired me, such as Fab G Umfanakagogo.

“During my upbringing, I was inspired by Fab G because he managed to create a name for himself from Bulawayo, which is not easy at all when you are from the city, since there are not so many studios and people here don’t usually support local artistes.

“I once went to the Bulawayo Shutdown, which l used it as a platform to learn from established artistes

He said he will be releasing more works in the coming weeks.

“I’ve managed to record three more songs to my catalogue of which two of them are complete projects,” said PrittyFamous.
