THE Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) has revealed that Mighty Warriors head coach, Sithethelelwe “Kwinji 15” Sibanda, is participating in the CAF Women Instructors’ Development Programme workshop taking place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Running until Friday, the workshop represents a key phase in the ongoing programme following the successful completion of its online components.
The initiative brings together leading female coaches and instructors from across the African continent for a series of intensive theoretical and practical sessions aimed at enhancing instructional capacity in women’s football.
Participants are engaging in expert-led presentations, collaborative knowledge exchanges, and hands-on training sessions.
The programme plays a pivotal role in empowering female football educators and advancing the development of women’s football throughout Africa.
