Mighty Warriors get away goal

THE Mighty Warriors managed to get a crucial away goal when they lost 2-1 to Cameroon in a 2016 Rio Olympics final round qualifier played in Yaoundé, yesterday afternoon.

Rudo Neshamba scored first for the women’s national team in the sixth minute but the home side clawed back to score to goals in the 69th and 81st minute.

The away goal is an advantage for the Shadreck Mlauz-coached side as the second leg of the qualifiers will be played in Harare in a fortnight.
