Minor abused

aggravated indecent assault charges when he appeared before Chitungwiza magistrate Mr Kudakwashe Jarabini. Mr Jarabini remanded him in custody to December 13 for trial. He was advised to seek bail at the High Court. Prosecutor Mr Edmond Ndambakuwa told the court that some time in September the little girl was coming from school in the company of her friend when the man called her to his workplace. It is alleged that the man inserted his finger into the minor’s private parts. After that, he gave her US$1. The  minor bought a small cake and gave him the change. Mr Ndambakuwa alleges that the minor arrived home late and was asked by her mother. The minor narrated her ordeal prompting her mother to report to the police.
