adminFloret Chikomwe was crowned Miss Harare Junior 2015 while Vanessa Hodza (17) and Melissa Chimbodza were crowned first and second Princesses respectively while Nothando Sithole (17) was Miss Personality and the youngest model Kindai Bimha (13) got the Most Popular title last week. The prestigious pageant was held at the New Ambassador Hotel and hosted by the Junior Council. Miss Harare Junior is a 20-year-old Tourism and Hospitality graduate from the Hillside International College who is currently working as a part time waitress at a local hotel.
In an interview with The Herald Cool Lifestyle, the young and energetic Miss Harare Junior said she felt honoured and intends to hold the crown with grace. The new Queen aims at starting up training facilities for young girls her age.
“l am a runway and print model by profession, I do fashion shows, photo shoots mostly so I intend to impact at least some of my skills into our young girls so that they do not remain idle under whatever circumstance. I hope with the little resources I will fish around this will be achievable” she said. – CL Reporter.
