“When I grew up, I was told about these two places and when I was asked to choose places to visit and make donations, I selected these two homes and I just want to encourage the nation and everyone who is taking care of these people to keep on doing the great work they are doing,” she said.
She added that they have also considered Nenyere which houses children because they are the bearers of the future.

“The future of the nation is in these children and there is need for us to keep on supporting them so that they work hard,” she said.

“Let’s keep on supporting her in her charity work since it is also considered when she goes to Miss World in December,” said Mrs Chiwenga.
She thanked companies that assisted them with blankets and foodstuffs for the donations.

“We want to thank companies that have assisted us with blankets and food to give to our beloved relatives who have fallen to these circumstances and our main hope is that Thabiso will excel at Miss World,” she said.

“When we were told that Miss Zimbabwe is back we were happy because we knew that they will extend their hand to Mashambanzou,” Mudangandi said.
