TEENAGE model and television presenter, Ngoni ‘thesanchovibes’ Mpofu, wants to crack into Hollywood by the time he turns 25.
He is 18.
“My goal is to be featured in a Hollywood movie before I reach the age of 25,” he told H-Metro.
“That is the dream I strive for every day and every chance I get is one step closer to my goal.
“I also want to tell my fellow teens that the only person that can make your dreams come true is you.”
Ngoni is under the management of Mary Mundeya, the owner of My Image Consultancy and She Corresponds.
He says he also wants to assist vulnerable communities.
Ngoni won the Mr. Teen Africa Continental Zim 2022 title.
“I was nominated for the most talented model in 2022, won the Mr. Teen Africa Continental Zim 2022 and I am currently working on a short film called My Rafiki.
“I am also doing a campaign for Mr Teen Zimbabwe.
“I am running a ‘donate to orphans’ campaign where I am collecting anything from anyone willing to help the less privileged.
“I want to share among two or three orphanages in Harare depending on how much I will have got.
“I have always been a person who likes giving but I couldn’t do much to give, especially to orphans.
“Now that I have this opportunity to reach out to people, companies and organisations, I am using the platform I have to spread love.”
He has worked with organisations like Cimztech and Charis Light, among others, and has also been featured in a music video, two short films and one episode of a TV series.
He is a second-time contestant for the Mr Teen Zimbabwe pageant.
He also took part in the Mr Teen Harare and has been on Mr and Miss Africa Continental pageant and the Wakanaka Fashion Show.
