The company, which started operations 19 years ago, specialises in sewer reticulation and supplying engineering goods and services around Bulawayo.
In an interview with Chronicle, the company’s operations and control’s manager Mr Joseph Jumho said the company was set to embark on an expansion drive throughout Matabeleland.
“We have recently purchased a high volume vacuum and jetting truck and equipment valued at $100 000. This truck is used for emptying septic tanks as well as unblocking sewer lines using high pressure jetting,” said Mr Jumho.
He said the truck would offer services in and around Bulawayo Metropolitan province to both the residential and commercial sector.
“The company is dedicated to working in partnership with the Bulawayo City Council and parastatals so as to reduce and eradicate the risk of water borne disease outbreak as the city is currently facing a water crisis,” said Mr Jumho.
He said the company aimed to expand its operations by 30 percent in Bulawayo.
“Almost every year our operations increase by 25 percent, this helps through employment creation since most companies are releasing staff.
“We are facing challenges in the industry due to liquidity challenges in this harsh economic climate hence we appeal to government to come to the aid of companies that face closure”, said Mr Jumho.
More than 85 companies in Bulawayo have closed shop in the past few years with an estimated 20 000 workers losing their jobs.
