Momentum builds for Bob Marley’ Africa Unite album

LOCAL music fans have expressed their joy ahead of the dropping of Bob Marley’s Africa Unite’s album (remake) on Friday.

Fans have taken to social media to express their joy as the album features some of Zimbabwe’s best artists, including Nutty O.

One fan said:

“This is the time for Zimbabwe to go international because this album is going to be listened to by all people around the globe.

“This is our time as Zimbabwe to be heard.”

Another fan said:

“Most artists should take this opportunity and use it to be heard worldwide.”

Nutty O said the music community should expect something big from the album.

“Fans should expect fireworks from this and only Zimbabweans will understand the true magnitude of this moment.

“I’m honoured to represent Zimbabwe.”

The Africa Unite Album is a tribute to Bob Marley.

It also features some of the great African artists who have made an impression in the reggae sector.
