More than 100 to attend CZI congress

MORE than 100 delegates are expected to attend the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI) annual congress to be held in Bulawayo in October. The congress will be held from 9 to 11 October. CZI chief executive Mr Clifford Sileya said preparations for the congress were underway.
“We are expecting 100 to 150 delegates to attend the congress.”
He said the chamber was in the process of inviting international speakers who would present papers at the congress.

“We are going to invite one or two external speakers and we are in the process of contacting them.”
The congress was initially supposed to be held from 31 July to 2 August but was postponed due to the harmonised elections.
