At the Big Ten Championships: 2012 Outdoor — Won the 400m in 47.91 seconds and was a member of the winning 4×100 at the Jim Thorpe Open. Anchored the Nittany Lions’ then school-record 3:06.50 in the 4×400 at the LSU Invitational.
Ran on the winning 4×100 at the Jim Click Shootout. 2012 Indoor — Placed 21st overall in the 200 preliminaries. 2011 Outdoor — Competed in the 200 and 400m individually, and ran on both the Nittany Lions’ 4×100 and 4×400 relays. 4×400 placed fifth overall with a finishing time of 3:08.64. 2011 Indoor — Earned bronze-medal honours as a member of Penn State’s third-place 4×400 (3:14.78). Placed 16th in the 60 and 200m individually. 2010 Outdoor — Placed 18th in the 100m and 19th in the 200m. Also competed on the 4×100. 2010 – Indoor — Took 21st in the 60m, and 23rd in the 200m in his first-career appearance at the conference meet.
Around the Track: 2012 Indoor — Was on the winning 4×400 at the Penn State Relays. Also placed third in the 200m at the Relays with a season-best 21.76s. Placed second in the 400m at the Nittany Lion Challenge, running an indoor PR of 48.01s. Assisted on the runner-up 4×400 at the PSU National. 2011 Outdoor — Placed second in the 200 at the Jim Thorpe Invitational with a season-best effort of 21.87. Finished eighth in the 200m and was a member of the third-place 4×400 at the Jesse Owens Classic. Ran on the third-place 4×400 at the George Mason Spring Invitational, and fifth-place relay at the Auburn War Eagle Invitational. 2011 Indoor — Highest individual finish was second in the 200m at the Penn State Relays, thanks to a PR 21.59.
Also placed third in the 60m with a PR 7.06 at the same meet. Finished fourth in the 200m at the Nittany Lion Challenge. Ran on second-place 4x400s at both the Penn State Relays and Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup. 2010 Outdoor — Claimed second-place finishes in the 100m (10.92) and 200m (22.17) at the Penn State Open, running season bests in both events. Placed seventh in the 200m and 11th in the 400m at the Bucknell Team Challenge. 2010 Indoor — Took 14th in the 200m at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup. Competed in the 60m and 200m at the PSU Northeast Challenge, Penn State National, and Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup.
Before Penn State: High School — Competed in the United States at the prestigous Penn Relays, placing ninth in the Olympic Development 100m. Also competed at Penn in 2008, running in the USA v the World 4x400m relay. Placed sixth in the 200m at the Zone VI Under-20 Youth Games, competing against athletes from the Southern African region.
