Mr Valentine Byo now a prophet

FORMER Mr Valentine Bulawayo 2018, Sphamandla Sibanda says he has abandoned pageantry for the pulpit and is now a prophet.

Sibanda won  the 2018 Mr Valentine Bulawayo title after musician Sandra Ndebele afforded him a photoshoot which saw him land the crown at Rainbow Hotel after a tight vote.

“Competing with 200 other men was a challenge but I came up trumps and this was a major highlight for the year. I did not think I was going to win but God did it for me,” said Sphamandla.

It seems God has done it again for Sphamandla he says that in year 2020 he abandoned the garments of the world for heavenly ones.

He now wants to be called Prophet Sphamandla Sibanda.
But, how did the 24-year-old self-taught model leave the glitz and glamour of fashion to become a prophet?

“From a tender age, I would have strange dreams, visions and sometimes hallucinations that I did not understand myself. It must have been a calling to take up prophecy and it got to a point that in 2020, I heeded the call. I consulted fortune-tellers who confirmed my suspicions,” he claimed.

After accepting the call, Sphamandla founded a church named Altar of God Ministries. It is headquartered in Pumula South. A ministry that started with just a few individuals is gradually growing as his popularity soars.

Sphamandla claims to be able to help people with problems such as spiritual husbands and wives, evil attacks, bad luck, marital problems, sickness and diseases.

The self-dubbed ‘Next TB Joshua’ has set his sights on carrying forward the work that the late Synagogue, Church of All Nations founder had been doing.
