Mr Vegas custody battle continues

reports, Vegas is expected to appear in court on February 4 as he seeks to secure full custody of his nearly two-year-old daughter.

This following a controversial incident in which McBayne was caught involving in sexual relations with another man in Vegas’ Florida home, allegedly in front of their daughter.

Vegas signalled his intention to pursue full custody of his daughter this past October during a talk show interview, insisting he is willing to put his career on the line in order to protect his daughter.

The “Bruk It Down” singer also relented that while it would be ideal to have both parents in his child’s life, he is the fitter parent for their child.

The public has gotten a heavy dose of drama in the aftermath following this cheating scandal.
Vegas has done several interviews on the matter, even revealing to HOT 97 that his daughter was born in wedlock while McBayne was married to a man overseas.

Vegas has since put his home up for sale and recently started a charity, Turning Dust Into Bricks, in which he will auction furniture from the residence. – dancehallusa.
