Mushohwe mourns ZBC reporter Miga

Harare Bureau
The Information, Media and Broadcasting Services Minister, Christopher Mushohwe has sent a condolence message to the Miga family following the death of Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation news reporter Thulani Miga, 31, who will be buried today at Warren Hills Cemetery.

Miga died in a car accident at the 42-kilometre peg along the Harare-Nyamapanda highway on Tuesday.

Minister Mushohwe said: “His tragic death has robbed the country of one of its promising young crop of journalists. Thulani Miga will be remembered for a very long time to come by many ZBC viewers and audiences for his sharp and effective news reporting style. The public broadcaster and the nation are all the poorer on his passing on,” Minister Mushohwe said.

“On behalf of my ministry, the media fraternity, and indeed on my own behalf, I wish to extend our deepest condolences to the Miga family on the loss of their beloved son.

“May they rest assured that our thoughts and prayers are with them during their darkest hour of grief.”
