Mutekede’s baptism

NEWLY-APPOINTED Starbill coach Wilson Mutekede will take charge of his first game when the struggling Northern Region Divison One side battle on Cargo Carriers at Gwanzura.

Mutekede replaced Ikabort Masocha who was in charge for only two games.

Mutekede has a reputation of working well with junior players.

Starbill team manager Kuda Mugari could not confirm the developments but sources revealed that Mutekede will be in charge of the team.

In the Eastern Region, new log leaders, Hartley Academy, take on Ruwa Gunners in Ruwa.

Hartley, an ambitious club who came into Division One this year, took over the leadership after scoring 11 goals in their last game.
