FORMER Highlanders and Warriors striker Knox Mutizwa is feeling on top of the world after completing his move to South Africa’s topflight league side Richards By at the start of this month.
Mutizwa (31) joined Richards Bay as a free agent after his divorce with Golden Arrows.
The striker reportedly had a fallout with Golden Arrows gaffer Maqoba Mngqiti, and as result the club terminated his contract.
“I know, like, for me personally, I think I scored enough goals to be out there. You know, it’s not nice to be moving from one club to another, but in life, it is what it is; anything can happen any day,” he told the South African media.
He added that he is grateful to Richards Bay for giving him an opportunity to continue playing in the Betway Premiership.
“So I am just grateful to wake up and get a job. I am grateful to the people that gave me the job. Once again I have the opportunity to showcase my talent which is very important,” he said.
