Mwana Africa coach Zacks Kataya was happy to see his boys respond to last week’s home defeat to Aces Youth Soccer Academy with an away win.
“It was a tough game but we managed to pull through and win the match, I must give credit to the players for showing character and determination.
“It was a good response especially coming from back to back defeats.
“We want to keep on working hard and keep on producing good results so that we can stay in touch with other teams,” said Kataya.
Power Master coach, Tonderai Marume blamed the defeat on his players’ lack of concentration in front goals. We had full control of the game, we created many chances but failed to score and in football if you don’t score you will lose.
“We made one mistake and it cost us the game but otherwise we played well,” said Marume.
