Betty Matienga applied for a protection order against her nephew, Takunda Tamuka, 28.

However, Tamuka said his mother bought him the house.

“My mother bought me the house in question. She used to be my guardian collecting rentals when I was young, but now I am grown. She is jealous because the house is in my name,” said Tamuka.
