A 28-YEAR-OLD Bulawayo man has been arrested after allegedly forcing his girlfriend into a shocking and degrading act behind a shop in Pumula South.
Omega Dube appeared at Western Commonage Court before Magistrate Sibongile Marondedze facing charges of indecent assault.
According to the State, on 29 March 2025 around 5 PM, Dube lured his 22-year-old girlfriend (name withheld) to a secluded bushy area behind Asheys Shop.
“He ordered her to strip off her panties and bra, then took nude pictures of her,” said prosecutor Christina Manyika.
The court heard that after taking the photos, Dube dropped his own pants and forced his manhood into her mouth without her consent.
Although the two are reportedly in a romantic relationship, the State insists Dube’s actions were criminal and violated the complainant’s rights.
The case has been postponed to 24 June 2025 for continuation of trial.
