SHABANIE Mine has secured the services of their former sons Rowan Nenzou and Brighton Pamhirwa who have rejoined the miners after ditching troubled Chiredzi FC. Nenzou left the miners to rivals FC Platinum in 2012. “Shabanie is my team. They have been struggling and we have come to make sure that they maintain their Premiership status.

“We were given clearance letters and with the window closing tomorrow which coach can assess us in one or two days? The best option is coming back to our roots,” said Nenzou.

The duo has been joined by Wellington Kamudyariwa and central defender Fidelis Mangezi.
The asbestos miners also managed to secure the services of Gift Sarumana, a student at NUST, who was offloaded by Highlanders and Terrence Majo from How Mine.
