Ernest Manandi, aka Nesto, who has been absent from the entertainment scene has made a return with a single “Ngala Ngala”, which is proving to be a hit.
Nesto last released his single “My Chocolate”, which became a showbiz anthem in 2008.
In an interview with The Herald Entertainment, Nesto said he lost his mother soon after the release of his song “My Chocolate” and since then he has been failing to get back on his shoes again.

“My mother was my inspiration and when she died I just felt my whole world crumbling and I did not feel like going in the studio to record my own music instead I decided to join Alexio’s band, Shades of Black,

“But now I have decided to come back and take my place. All the experience I got helped me to grow as a musician and I am ready to take what belongs to me in the music industry,” he said.

He also said that he is currently working on two more singles set to be released this summer as well as the “Ngala Ngala” video.
“I’m back with a bang, I am going to make a lot of quality music, ‘Ngala ngala’ and the two singles are going to be part of my forthcoming eight-track album which I am pushing to be out before the end of the year,” Nesto said.

The “My Chocolate” hit-maker is currently performing every Thursday at Dandaro Inn. He is also having shows in Kariba this month.
