ACTION over the weekend in the Rainbow Netball League saw teams posting impressive scores, proving how competitive clubs are.

The Perpetua Siyachitema coached Glow Petroleum Queens, won their two games they played at the Khami Prison bubble.

They had the highest scores as they beat Bikita Minerals 102-23 and won 67-22 against Khami.
Khami beat Bikita Minerals 66-34.

Glow have played four games so far and they have won all for their eight points and are second on the log, two points behind ZRP Mambas Netball Club, who have played five games.

In third place is Correctional Services Netball Club with eight points.

At the bottom of the log are Bikita, Belvedere, Mweyamutsvene and Ruwa.

The top scorer of the Week Two games in the Khami bubble was the Glow vice-captain, who plays the (GS) goal shooter position, Christine Kadandara.

“My team is playing so well, the new signings are coping and adjusting, I just hope they maintain the consistency and discipline,” said coach and founder of Glow Petroleum Queens, Perpetua Siyachitema.

The Week Three bubble will be played at Kwekwe, Redcliff home, to the Glow Petroleum Queenswhere they clash with Mthala Queens who have six points and Hi-fliers who are on two points on the log standings.

In other matches played in the second week, Correctional Services beat Mthala 49-44.

Chibwe lost to Mthala 22-47. Black Mambas beat Support Unit 52-42.

Mweyamutsvene were no competition for Black Mambas and Support Unit who beat them 53-0, 37-0 respectively.
Correctional beat Chibwe 91-23.

Flow Angels beat Golden Valley 55- 30, while Santa prevailed 61-13 over Belvedere 61-13 while Hi-fliers lost to Tenax 71-24.
