NetOne connects UNWTO Gastronomy Tourism Forum for Africa in Victoria Falls

ONE of the country’s leading digital solutions providers, NetOne (Pvt) Ltd, has announced its enthusiastic support for the inaugural UN Tourism on Gastronomy Tourism for Africa by ensuring seamless connectivity for all attendees.
The event, taking place from July 26 to 28 in Victoria Falls, is being championed by the First Lady Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa and it aims to celebrate Zimbabwean gastronomy and promote the country’s traditional culinary heritage.
In a statement NetOne group chief executive officer, Engineer Raphael Mushanawani, reiterated the company’s commitment to raising the profile of both NetOne and Zimbabwe at this event.
He highlighted the importance of showcasing Zimbabwe’s rich culinary heritage and its associated health and socio-economic benefits.
“NetOne Pvt Ltd has announced its enthusiastic support for the inaugural UN Tourism on Gastronomy Tourism for Africa, set to take place from July 26 to July 28 in Victoria Falls.
“The event set to take place from July 26 to July 28 in Victoria Falls is championed by First Lady of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Her Excellency Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa, aims to celebrate Zimbabwean gastronomy and promote the country’s traditional culinary heritage.

Our group chief executive officer reiterated the company’s commitment to raising both the NetOne and Zimbabwean flags high during this event, highlighting the importance of showcasing Zimbabwe’s rich culinary heritage and its associated health and socio-economic benefits,” the statement reads in part.
Eng Mushanawani said the company was thrilled to support the inaugural UN World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) Conference on Gastronomy Tourism for Africa and was committed to playing a pivotal role in this important event.
“We are excited to showcase Zimbabwe’s rich culinary heritage and provide seamless connectivity for all participants. With our innovative digital solutions, we are ready to raise both the NetOne and Zimbabwean flags high and help make this event a resounding success”.
The company’s chief commercial officer, Learnmore Musunda, also assured delegates of NetOne’s commitment to delivering the necessary digital infrastructure. This will ensure a smooth and convenient experience for all participants.
