THE Africa Leadership and Management Academy (ALMA) capped more than 44 graduates last week in Harare.

Speaking during the graduation ceremony, ALMA executive director Dr Moses Chundu said the academy was looking forward to adding more Education 5.0 compliant programmes.

“ALMA continues to produce hundreds of leaders who have gone on to positively impact their organisations and domains.

“To date, over 1 000 have been trained. It takes the heart of Christ for a leader to be able to serve God’s people with integrity, and as ALMA we will continue to serve in this noble capacity,” he said.

Dr Chundu said in keeping with the spirit of Education 5.0, ALMA partnered with strategic partners, both locally and regionally, for leadership development.

Speaking in an interview, one of the graduates Ms Audrey Nyanhewe said: “This moment is not just a celebration of our achievements, but a culmination of our journey that was filled with challenges, growth, and countless memories.

“Our time here has been all about learning and discovery, a season that has shaped who we are and who we aspire to be.”

ALMA was founded in 1999. It focuses on training market-place leaders and leaders in civic and political spheres.
