NEW: AAG UK in environment initiative

THE Affirmative Action Group (AAG) UK has pledged to support Government initiatives on environment and climate.

The organisation launched its Go Green Clean-up campaign in Harare on Saturday.

Said AAG UK spokesperson, Mr Tinotenda Chimsoro:

“As AAG UK we decided to make a pledge to hold a climate conversation as part of our corporate social responsibility in the remaining months leading up to COP26.

“Our first activity around climate and environment is our inaugural Go Green Clean Up and Tree Planting event.”

Mr Chimsoro said the Go Green Pledge is guided by the target of achieving net zero carbon goal by 2030.
