Hospitality group African Sun Limited is in the process of completing its switch from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) to the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX).

The company joins the ever-growing list of firms that have left the ZSE for the United States dollar-denominated bourse.

In a statement on Wednesday, African Sun company secretary Mr Venon Musimbe said full details of the transaction will be publicised once all regulatory processes have been completed.

“The directors of African Sun Limited wish to advise all shareholders and the investing public that the board has approved the delisting of the company from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, immediately followed by its listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange,” reads the statement.

“Further details of the transaction will be provided to shareholders once all regulatory processes have been finalised.”
