NEW: ‘Bamunini Nijo’ gets it right

COMEDIAN Nigel Maritinyu, who also uses the stage name “Bamunini Nijo”, has managed to endear himself to multitudes of fans through his recently released new drama series called “Crossroads”, which is currently trending on YouTube.

Fans have been showering the comedian with praises on various social media platforms.

Yvonne Ndito, a blogger, congratulated Maritinyu, also known as “Tha Slick Pastor”, for a job well done.

“This drama series is giving me Hollywood kind of vibes. Well done family,” wrote Yvonne.

Another blogger, Sharon Pamire, also praised Maritinyu’s production.

“Yooo, guys, your talent is on another level!”she said.

The comedian is humbled by the response.

“It is a great feeling to see this kind of positive response. It is very rewarding, because a lot of work goes into production. This is really fulfilling,” Maritinyu said.

He is famed for posting hilarious skits on social media pages, alongside another popular comedian, Comic Pastor.

Maritinyu says his productions are inspired by what happens in people’s day-to-day lives.

“I am inspired by our day-to-day struggles. The idea behind Crossroads is just to give our fans something different from what we have been giving them,” he added.

His fans appreciate his intelligent presentation and how he interrogates social issues through his eloquent speeches and versatile personality.

The comedian has also released drama series such as “Bamunini Nijo” (2020), “Sekuru Puro” (2021), “Kwauyiwa” (2021) and “VaMandebvu” 2020.
