NEW: Dandemutande partners US firm

LOCAL Technology and telecommunications company, Dandemutande, has entered into a strategic partnership with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), a prominent American technology company.

The partnership will see Dandemutande offer OCI’s comprehensive suite of cloud services.

OCI is a next-generation cloud platform offering powerful computing, storage, networking, database, and AI services.

It empowers businesses to run mission-critical applications with superior performance, security, and cost efficiency, driving innovation and growth in the digital age.

The partnership is set to transform Zimbabwe’s digital landscape and represents a significant step in Dandemutande’s mission to transform African industries through advanced digital solutions.

With OCI enhancing Dandemutande’s cloud services portfolio, businesses across Zimbabwe and beyond will benefit from high-performance, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

Dandemutande chief executive officer, Mr Never Ncube, said the partnership with Oracle was a key element to the company’s regional expansion strategy, which includes recent milestones such as the establishment of a Security Operations Centre, Fibre backhaul expansion and new branches in the region, which include in Botswana, Namibia and Malawi.

Dandemutande Cloud Product Manager Monalisa Sibanda introduced the full spectrum of Dandemutande’s cloud services, highlighting the recent addition of a 400 Terrabyte Storage Area Network (SAN).

Dandemutande is one of Zimbabwe’s largest technology companies, providing innovative digital solutions across the region with a focus on business-to-business services.

It is also incorporated in Zambia.
