NEW: Decomposing body found in Bulawayo house

The body of a male adult with multiple wounds was found in an advanced stage of decomposition at a house in Thorngrove, Bulawayo, on Sunday.

In a statement, Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi said: “On April 10, 2022, ZRP Mzilikazi recorded a murder case where a body of a male adult was found in a state of decomposition at a house in Thorngrove, Bulawayo.

“Police observed multiple injuries on the body, which suggest that the victim could have been assaulted.”
