THE Deputy Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion Kudakwashe David Mnangagwa was registered as a legal practitioner at the High Court in Harare on Wednesday.

Mr Mnangagwa, who is an actuary and venture capitalist entrepreneur, was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance last year.

Posting on its X handle, formerly Twitter, the ministry sent a congratulatory message to Deputy Minister Mnangagwa on his milestone achievement

“Hearty congratulations to our Deputy Minister, Hon. K. D. Mnangagwa, who is now a registered legal practitioner over and above his qualifications as an actuary and venture capitalist entrepreneur.”
