Energy efficiency eliminates wasting in homes, schools, workplaces and manufacturing facilities during heating, cooling, running appliances and electricals as well as producing goods while using less energy.

In a statement this afternoon, ZERA said: “We have noted with concern the increasing reported cases of electrical related accidents. Of the reported cases, 33 percent of these have been attributed to vandalism and tempering with electrical infrastructure.”

Increased energy efficiency has many benefits that are both economical and environmental.
