NEW: Envoys from US, Ireland, Jamaica and Thailand present their credentials

AMBASSADORS-DESIGNATE from the United States of America, Ireland, Jamaica and Thailand presented their credentials to President Mnangagwa at State House in Harare on Wednesday.

In separate interviews after closed-door meetings with the President, all four envoys expressed their commitment to furthering relations with Zimbabwe.

Ms Pamela Tremont is the new US diplomat to Zimbabwe, while Mr Austin Gormley will represent Ireland.

 

Mrs Joan Thomas Edwards is now the chief envoy for Jamaica, while Mr Mungkorn Pratoomkaew will be representing Thailand.
