THE organisers of Janet Manyowa’s “Father’s House” album launch, which is slated for July 8 in Harare, are leaving no stone unturned in their preparations for the much-anticipated launch.

The award-winning gospel musician is set to launch a 10-track album, which includes songs like “Shoko Renyu”, “Dry Bones” and “Jesu Makanaka”.

The album was recorded live at her concert dubbed “Wanqoba” in 2022.

The title track, “Father’s House”, features poet Albert Nyathi, and on “Blessed Be Your Name”, Manyowa did a collaboration with Pastor Bonnie Deuschle.

Of the 10 tracks, Manyowa has so far released three –  “Shoko Renyu”, “Jesu Makanaka” and “Running”.

With less than two weeks left before the launch, Munyaradzi Manyowa –  Janet’s manager, husband and G3 Music director – said his team was working flat out to make sure the album launch is successful.

“In terms of preparations, there is still a lot of work to be done.

“We are working towards making the album launch a memorable worship experience for everyone,” he said.
