New look Bev and Sexy Angels headed for Vic Falls

Bev is travelling to the resort town without three of her Sexy Angels after parting ways with them this week. Bev accuses them of becoming “big headed and too demanding”.

Bev will be showcasing her dancing skills with five new Angels at the place, which is 13km outside town along the Victoria Falls-Bulawayo road tonight and Saturday night.

In an interview, Bev’s manager Harpers Mapimhidze played down the issues and said the three left because they wanted to form their own group.

“The three girls decided to leave the group because they felt that this was the right time for them to pursue their own path without the help of Bev,” he said.

The three are, Heather Samanyika, Mercy Mapuvire and Chandelle Chidyagwai who have since formed, a group called, Twinkle Light Queens.

Mapimhidze said auditions had already been held for new members and girls from various places turned out in their numbers. He said they had shortlisted five girls who he predicted would make even better dancers than the three Sexy Angels, who have left.

“We have had auditions and we were overwhelmed by the number of girls who turned up.

I can safely say that we will have girls who are better dancers than the ones we had before,” he said.

Bev’s performances have been attracting huge crowds in night clubs all over the country.

Today, Victoria Falls revellers will sample Bev’s sexually suggestive dances. Bev courted more controversy with her new dance where she sits on a beer bottle, an act which angered beverages manufacturer Delta. She is now using a Viceroy bottle. Her trip to the resort town follows calls by regular clients at the leisure centre to bring her and her “competitor” Zoey.

Their wish has been fulfilled since Zoey has already graced the stage at the leisure centre twice in the last two months.

Mapimhidze also confirmed the weekend shows. He added that Bev’s moves had not undergone any change since her questioning by the police.

“Yes it is confirmed, we are coming to Victoria Falls for two shows on Friday and Saturday. This will be her first show in the resort town and is coming by public demand,” he said.

Mapimhidze said Bev together with Zoey were legally registered to perform anywhere in the country adding that revellers should brace themselves for some top draw entertainment. A manager at the leisure centre said Bev, arguably one of the most sought-after artistes in the showbiz industry owing to her dancing skills was indeed performing at the centre.

“Beverly and the Sexy Angels are expected to perform for two nights that is tomorrow night (Friday) and Saturday,” said the manager.

Despite the alleged controversy drawn by their sexy moves, a lot of clubbers and party people have been captured by her ensnaring innovative dances.
