THE Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) is today holding a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Kuwadzana Police Station at an open space behind KFC “Pamagetsi” along Bulawayo Road in Harare.

The ceremony marks the official commencement of the project to establish a permanent police station for the suburb.

The event is being officiated by Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage Minister Kazembe Kazembe.

ZRP Commissioner-General Stephen Mutamba is also in attendance.

Until now, Kuwadzana relied on police posts situated at strategic positions across the suburb.
