THE National Social Security Authority (NSSA), in partnership with OK Zimbabwe and Kamau Partners, are developing a US$3 million shopping mall in Makoni, Chitungwiza.
The project is envisaged to be complete by January 2023.
Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare Minister Professor Paul Mavima said Makoni Shopping Mall is a high-impact strategic property investment that will benefit Chitungwiza.
“Property developments of this nature, which are high-impact and high-growth investment strategic initiatives that are necessary for sustained economic growth, will benefit every Zimbabwean,” he said during the ground-breaking ceremony on Thursday.
“This project bodes well with the Government’s drive to create the infrastructure and the economic environment that will bring more opportunities to the people of Chitungwiza.”
