NEW: Paediatric hernia repair for free in Mutare

A PAEDIATRIC surgical team from Harare will be camped at Victoria Chitepo Provincial Hospital in Mutare to repair hernia for free in children up to 12 years of age.

In a statement, Victoria Chitepo Provincial Provincial Hospital confirmed the development.

“Victoria Chitepo Hospital will be having a paediatrician surgical team camped for repair of hernias from March 20 to24. This will be done for free.

“It is meant for children up to 12 years of age. The paediatrician surgical team from Harare found the need and felt they should assist,” reads part of the statement.
