Chronicle – GOVERNMENT has gazetted Statutory Instrument (SI)1 of 2024, which brings into effect the new passport fees effective immediately.
The new regulations are in line with the reviewed 2024 National Budget and will see applicants forking out US$150 for an ordinary passport, up from US$120.
Emergency passports will now cost US$250.
