NEW: Police launch manhunt for killer gambler

A 27-year-old Lupane man died from injuries he sustained after he was attacked by a fellow gambler over a misunderstanding.

The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) confirmed the incident.

“Police in Lupane are looking for Rodwell Sibanda (42) in connection with a case of murder which occurred at Mpondo, Lupane, on April 19.

“The suspect allegedly struck Prince Dube (27) once on the head with a stone after a misunderstanding over gambling,” said police in a statement.
