New roads for Matabeleland North

Construction of new roads in Matabelaland North is set to begin in March after Government invited bids for the envisaged works.

In a statement, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development said the roads include Bulawayo-Victoria Falls, Binga-Sengwa, Lupane-Nkayi and Bulawayo-Tsholotsho.

“Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development is currently at tender for construction up to tarring the following roads in Matabeleland North Province: Bulawayo-Victoria Falls, Lupane-Nkayi, Bulawayo-Tsholotsho, Binga-Sengwa. Works will start in March 2022,” reads the statement in part.
