NEW: Simba Bhora sign Ali Sadiki

Online Reporter

NORTHERN Region Soccer League table-toppers Simba Bhora have signed experienced midfielder Ali Sadiki.

The Shamva-based side are battling to get a replacement for the late Barnabus Mushunje, who was having a dream season and was a creative hub for Arthur Tutani’s charges.

Sadiki was recently linked with a move to CAPS United but the former FC Platinum attacking midfielder has found a new base in Mashonaland Central.

The 34-year-old player will link-up with the likes of Hardlife Zvirekwi, Ronald Chitiyo and goalie Simbarashe Chinani, some of the experienced players who are at championship-chasing Simba Bhora.

Sadiki started his career with the now-defunct Harare United before playing for Gunners FC.

He also plied his trade in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where he turned out for giants TP Mazembe and Don Bosco.

Sadiki also had another stint in Zambia with Kabwe Warriors.
