NEW: Stunner, Dyonne bury the hatchet

HIP HOP singer, Stunner (born Desmond Chideme), has buried the hatchet with his wife, Dyonne Tafirenyika (23), following a recent nasty public fight.

Speaking in an interview with The Sunday Mail Online, Stunner said he still loved his wife.

“I’m not going to dump my wife because of a court case. Disagreements are common and they are a part of our everyday life,” he said.

The 41-year-old was arrested for assault. He appeared before a Harare magistrate last week and was granted bail.

He is expected to reappear in court for trial next month, May 11.

The couple has been married for three years.

“I’m willing to compromise with her (Dyonne) and avoid a possible break up,” he added.

Stunner, however, said he was not certain of what awaits him in court.

“I’m not sure what will happen in court, but whatever the outcome, it will not lead to divorce,” said Stunner.

Dyonne is willing to compromise.

She praised her husband for acting in a mature way following the shameful incident.

“I’m happy that he has managed to pull himself together. My husband is acting mature and divorce is not an option,” she said.

Dyonne blamed cyber-bullies for creating challenges in her marriage.

“I’m not what many people accuse me of on social media. Some of them are calling me a harlot so that my marriage collapses,” lamented Dyonne.
