THE Concession Water Supply Station has been temporarily shut down by the Zimbabwe National Water Authority (Zinwa) following suspected contamination of Murodzi River Weir, which supplies it with water.
“The closure of the water treatment plant is in the interest of public health and investigations are in progress to establish the extent and source of the contamination,” said Zinwa in a statement on Thursday.
