NEW: Zanu PF election campaign launch preparations hit top gear

MANICALAND is ready to host this year’s official Zanu PF election campaign launch set for Mutasa Secondary School here in Mutema-Musikavanhu constituency under Chipinge District.

 

The ruling party provincial chairman Cde Tawanda Mukodza told The Manica Post this afternoon that they are only left with welcoming visitors from all corners of the country.

 

Tomorrow’s event is expected to draw more than 30 000 delegates, that also include party candidates for the August 23 harmonised elections from all parts of the country.

 

Cde Mukodza said preparations for tomorrow’s event are 90 percent complete. He said the hosting province (Manicaland) has put in place enough amenities to ensure a successful event.

 

Cde Mukodza said the day has come for Zimbabwabwe and the international community to witness the support and respect that President Mnangagwa commands across the length and breadth of the country.

 

Some of the senior ruling party officials in attendance here at Mutema Secondary School getting an update of the preparations ahead of tomorrow’s event include Cdes Mike Bimha, July Moyo and Patrick Chinamasa.
