ZANU PF primary elections that were scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday) have been postponed to a date to be announced.

The postponement was announced by the ruling party’s national commissar Cde Mike Bimha in Harare this morning.

There was an overwhelming response from prospective candidates angling to represent ZANU PF during the forthcoming harmonised elections.

Cde Bimha said the Politburo will meet on Monday to chart the way forward and possibly come up with the date for the primary elections.
