Neymar freed for debut

BARCELONA. – Neymar is free to make his Paris Saint-Germain debut against Guingamp tomorrow after the French Football Federation (FFF) confirmed receipt of relevant paperwork. The French league had said it still had not received the international transfer certificate from the Spanish federation yesterday morning which would allow him to play, nearly a week since he landed in Paris. Neymar’s world-record £198 million transfer from Barcelona to the Ligue 1 was completed last week, but the Brazil international was only allowed to watch from the stands as his new team started its league campaign with a 2-0 win at home against Amiens. – Sky Sports.
