The French league had said it still had not received the international transfer certificate from the Spanish federation yesterday morning which would allow him to play, nearly a week since he landed in Paris. Neymar’s world-record £198 million transfer from Barcelona to the Ligue 1 was completed last week, but the Brazil international was only allowed to watch from the stands as his new team started its league campaign with a 2-0 win at home against Amiens. – Sky Sports.
